GainWix AI Studio is local-first. Your work stays on your machine; the cloud handles licensing and updates. This policy explains the little that does leave your computer, and why.
Secrets, policies, and audit data never leave your machine. Telemetry is off by default, content-free, and follows a public schema. We do not sell your data.
Your tool-call audit ledger, policy profiles, and any secrets you configure are stored locally. Secrets live in your operating system keychain — never as plaintext on disk, and never transmitted to us.
The GainWix cloud is used only for licence verification and software updates. Licence keys are offline-verifiable, so paid features keep working air-gapped. No work content is required for either.
Telemetry is off by default. If you opt in, it is content-free and follows a published, public schema — counts and versions, never the substance of your prompts, files, or tool outputs. You can turn it off again at any time.
If you create an account, we store your email address and session records to sign you in and manage team access. Team workspaces record invites and roles you set. We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and delete it on request or within a reasonable period after you close your account.
You may export your audit ledger with an integrity proof at any time, and delete your account and its cloud records on request.
